Compliance Reminder: Annual NMLS Renewal & Documentation Requirements will be Due by January 31, 2026!

To maintain your active broker status, please complete the following items and turn them in by the due date:


1. NMLS License Renewal

    - Renewal period begins November 1, 2025.

    - Submit proof of NMLS Renewal no later than December 31, 2025. If not completed by December 31, provide proof of Renewal Application to NMLS.


2. WMB Required Documentation (You can access below documents here: Renewal Required Docs)

    - Broker Annual Recertification Form - fully completed and signed

    - Broker eConsent Form and Authorization to Release Information Form - signed

    - Updated Addendum to Broker Agreement - signed

    Important: Failure to provide all required documentation by the deadline may result in Delay of loan fundings.
